Morgan Contractors provided grading and excavation expertise to The Villages at the River Club – a $40 million senior living community – under construction in Clarksville.
The 15.71-acre site will feature more than 200 villas and suites adjacent to the River Club Golf Course at 1776 Warfield Blvd.
The first phase is expected to open to residents in 2017. Site work began in summer 2016. The general contractor for the project is Horizon Construction and Development (Lebanon, Tenn.) and the developer is Goodworks Unlimited, LLC.
